Environmental, Social and Governance

Reveille recognises that responsible resource development is fundamental to long-term value creation.

ESG Overview

Embedding responsible environmental, social and governance principles across exploration, evaluation and project development

The Company operates in a manner that seeks to protect the environment, support local communities and maintain high standards of governance across all its activities.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations are embedded within the Company’s strategy, project evaluation processes and ongoing operational planning, and are reviewed throughout the lifecycle of its projects, from initial exploration through to potential development.

Environmental Responsibility

Reveille’s approach to environmental management is embedded from the earliest stages of project evaluation and development. The Company’s strategy of targeting historically explored assets enables a more informed and targeted approach to exploration, with the potential to reduce incremental environmental disturbance by leveraging existing geological data and, where applicable, previously impacted areas.

At the Lombardy Project, environmental considerations are being progressed through the Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) process, which forms a central component of the permitting framework. The granting of exploration licences is subject to the approval of the final EIA.

As part of this process, baseline environmental studies, environmental sampling and data collection are being undertaken, alongside ongoing engagement with relevant regulatory authorities. This work supports the identification, assessment and, where necessary, mitigation of potential environmental impacts prior to any development activity.

The Company seeks to minimise its environmental footprint through responsible land use, water management and the protection of biodiversity, in line with applicable legislation and recognised industry practices. Environmental considerations continue to inform operational planning and decision-making as projects advance.

Social Responsibility

Reveille recognises that the success of its activities is closely linked to the support and engagement of local communities and stakeholders. The Company maintains an open and constructive approach to stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of its projects, including during permitting and assessment processes.

Stakeholder engagement forms an integral part of the EIA process, ensuring that local perspectives are considered in project planning and development.

As projects progress, Reveille aims to contribute positively to the regions in which it operates, including through the creation of employment opportunities, engagement with local contractors and suppliers, and broader economic participation.

The Company also operates with sensitivity to local heritage, land use and environmental considerations, particularly in regions where competing land uses may exist.

Governance

The Directors recognise the importance of sound corporate governance and are committed to conducting the Company’s business in an open, honest and ethical manner.

Accordingly, on Admission the Company will comply with the QCA Corporate Governance Code published by the Quoted Companies Alliance in 2023 (the “QCA Code“). The Directors intend to develop and maintain policies and procedures that reflect the principles of the QCA Code, having regard to the size, stage of development and nature of the Company’s activities.

Reflecting the Company’s commitment to good corporate governance standards, the Board commits to appoint a second independent non-executive director, to be based in the UK, no later than the sooner of the end of the Company’s current financial year (February 2027) or the Company’s first post-Admission capital raise.

Our approach

Responsible exploration grounded in long-term stewardship

Reveille’s strategy of targeting historically explored and underdeveloped assets is aligned with a more considered model of resource development.

By building on existing geological understanding and prior exploration work, the Company seeks to reduce technical risk and limit unnecessary environmental impact while advancing projects in a responsible manner.
